Tackling tough situations with thoughtfulness!

Life is messy and love doesn't always happen when everyone is free of other entanglements. Harper gracefully walks the line between loving one person while hurting another, bringing to life a story truer to real life than almost any book I've ever read! A great read!

Very good book.

Despite this being a controversial story, I loved it. It was real, it was difficult, it was forbidden, and yet so very beautiful. Life happens, and against all best intentions, betrayal happens. It is painful and heartbreaking, and often unthinkable. I don’t support cheating, but I am aware that nothing is as black and white as it sometimes seems.
As this story showed, love can be born when you least expect it.

I do admire Kevin. I don’t think many guys in real life would react the way he did on the news, which he got.

I really like Harper Bliss’ stories. Somehow, she makes them real for me. I always get lost in them. The characters are well-developed and likable, and the plot is interesting and has a good pace.
