The Pink Bean Series

After more than a decade (14 years this summer!) of publishing my books independently, Iโ€™ve decided to try something newโ€ฆ

Storm Publishing is going to republish my entire Pink Bean series starting in June 2026.

This control freak spent an hour in therapy (I wish I was kidding ๐Ÿ˜‰) wondering if I could actually let go of control like thatโ€ฆ Until my therapist asked (not for the first time): what's the worst that can happen?

And that brings me to the two main reasons I said yes:

1. More readers forย The Pink Beanย (if that's the worst that can happen, I'll take it!) ๐Ÿ˜

2. A new adventure for me. โค๏ธ

The first Pink Bean book (No Strings Attached) came out ten years ago (OMG!) and the series has been such a huge part of my indie journey.

Going back into those books recently (for some minor revisions) reminded me just how much I love that world.

The comfort. The friendships. But also...ย the non-monogamyย andย former high-end escorts as love interestย andย main character. ๐Ÿ˜Ž (When my new publisher offered me the deal, I did briefly wonder if they knew what they were getting into. ๐Ÿ˜†)

But I love the idea that these unapologetically sapphic stories will now get a second life and (hopefully) many new readers. The more sapphic representation, the better! ๐Ÿณ๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ

Storm described the Pink Bean series as 'heart-warming' on their website, and those books will absolutely warm your heartโ€ฆ but probably a few other places too. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm also very proud because even though I've been doing this for a long time, I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea (or coffee) and my fragile writer ego is not unmoved by this. โค๏ธ
